The St. Paul Bearers (maybe)

6. Viscount Slim

Koop has voted yes on his proposal for team construction

CVE and Viscount Slim have voted yes on Viscount Slim's proposal.

The winning proposal needs a majority, so four votes.

The Pungry Pungries
1. Pungry
2. The Goog (probably)

This team needs three more owners before it becomes viable.

Just for the heck of it, I will join the Pungry Pungries

The Rated R Superstars have passed another ownership bylaw!

TLDR: Nobody can own more than 49% of the Rated R Superstars.

No person, team, organization or other entity (“person”) may, directly or indirectly, control more than 49% of the ownership shares of the Rated R Superstars.

If a person comes into control of more than 49% of the Superstars' ownership, new shares will be automatically created and allocated to the other Superstars owners, in proportion to their possession of ownership shares, so that the person who had acquired more than 49% ownership sees their ownership share reduced to 49%.

Revisions to this rule, including elimination of this rule, must be supported with just cause and be approved by 80% of the Superstars' ownership.

Ownership Bylaw #1 is hereby amended. The first sentence of the second paragraph now reads “Creation of new shares must be approved by 100% of the Superstars’ ownership, except as laid out in Ownership Bylaw #2.”

In accordance with Ownership Bylaw #1, this rule required an 80% vote to pass; it received 100% approval from the Superstars' owners. As 20% owner, I approve this new bylaw.

As 20% owner of the Superstars I approve the new bylaw.

So apparently the entire outfield, which I perceived as my weakest part of the lineup, are all hitting at least .300. Of course, no one else is hitting over .200 right now but it's only three games. I'll move the Capital Punisher up to take the spot of Eddie Joost. He'll stay on the bench until the outfield comes back down to earth, which means he should be starting week 3.

I'm probably overstepping my bounds a bit here, but I'm going to bet Kurt Gibson and Eddie Joost on a ****-challenge for Ty Cobb.

Have a question for you Smasher. How much of a disaster would it be if I put Paul Molitor into the shortshop position? I'm noticing that Trammell has slipped a lot offensively this season. However he's been defensively solid by how the stats look and don't want to lose more runs from defensive errors then I'd gain from the better looking bat Molitor has right now. Assuming the answer is "Do it and I'll kill you," I'll make this new lineup to move Trammell down the order.
