Reminder that Inter literally paid Julio Cesar to end his contract with them. Pretty much anybody could have got him (he's not that good anymore!!!)

I didn't say he was bad, he's just not nearly as good as he used to be. Ask any Inter fan, they'll agree with me.

I guess "anyone could have got him" was a bit rash, but still.

I can't imagine his replacement is as good, I assumed Handanovic was meant to replace the old guy Inter signed from that 2nd division team a few years back. But poo poo I'd never heard of him before his signing so I'm probably wrong.

Handanvoic may be the best keeper in Serie A after Buffon. He played for Udinese before Inter, and he's incredible. He's way better than Cesar.

These are great! I have to ask how many people normally show up for matches though, as in when it's not a friendly and it's for a league match.

Also, Maurizio Domizzi and Sebastian Giovinco make some funny faces.

Here was his seat today in the game against Juve.

It's an Italian saying, to say one has a "coltello tra i denti", a knife in his teeth. It means someone who is always working hard and is ambitious. I just like that it's something positive and not pompous. I thought that's why Finn liked it, but maybe it's just because it looks cool.

Should never have been allowed to go to advantage though. Obvious head injury means stop the game immediately.

Prandelli was the maddest I've ever seen him after that for precisely that reason. Maggio had to come off for about 5 minutes to get checked out and make sure he was ok to play.

The refs were pretty bad all game; both sides had offside decisions that were completely incorrect called and there were probably a few pens missed.

Cheap or expired flares have a much greater chance of exploding because the material around the combustion "chamber" has degraded. That looked like a firework to me though; it had to be intentional.
