Yeah, once 4 got a "with everything and also on Vita" announcement it set a track record that makes it hard for me to even contemplate getting D2 on PS3, DLC or no.

Doesn't help that I'm wavering on whether SRPGs (or whatever Disgaea's turned them into) are still in my wheelhouse and have been for close to a year and a half.

Also are they ever going to do another Makai game again? (Phantom game, whatever, same thing.)

Most Disgaea games allow you extra features once you complete a playthrough.

Note that I didn't use the magic word 'clear': for most of the useful stuff, any credits screen counts.

On a tangentially related note, how there's no :xcom:-style Disgaea emote yet I have no clue.

Actually thanks to the Vita even when a JRPG isn't creepland (at least when they jump up the same rear end anime did it saves me money) I usually can't justify it on PS3 anymore, not just because it means portable but because the Vita version usually has the like 40 bucks of DLC baked-in.

Of course, given how the Vita's going, that may not be a problem for long.
