So how long into the live broadcast do you think they'll announce this? Do you think they're gonna do a "Matt Smith Retrospective" for like the first 20 minutes and then go with a reveal, or just lead with it?

There's definitely a part near the end where what Capaldi is saying doesn't match his mouth, because there's supposed to be a cut of them overlooking the city while he says that stuff (I think there's a little message that indicates such), so I probably would say there's still some actual video editing to be done.
