I got a job offer from Company A on the 5th. I tell Company B about the offer and they say there should be a decision from them by the 12th. 12th passes and no answer, but on the 15th Company B says they haven't made any final evaluations but "However, if you want to act on your other job offer, please go ahead. I wouldn’t want you to miss an opportunity while we sort out any potential offers." I cant tell if that's a stealth rejection or if they're just that slow

My current title is Senior Chemist, which rules because I'm not senior at all speaking of which, a couple weeks ago I sent the company some info needed to start a security clearance, only for me to find out today they could not open the document and forgot to tell me about it  two weeks down the drain Nissin Cup Nudist fucked around with this message at 19:05 on May 7, 2024 |

I would say 90% of the interview questions I got for chemistry jobs were all behavioral with the remainder just wanting to know how much experience I have on particular instruments Not having to answer super technical questions is nice, but like, do y'all want to make sure I'm not a total fraud? Still better than code or die interviews I guess
