Late reply, but maybe. Although part of me thinks it's the Anglerfish costume in Girls und Panzer, another show by the same director.

As for the episode itself, Angela's Engrish kind of grated after a while, but Hato's outburst made the episode for me. Also Sue being Sue, which should never stop.
