If this was asked I apologize but I missed it, but! What does it mean if my culture DOMINATES another culture. Not just is Influential, but is 200% over their culture score, and straight up dominates. Is there any bonus for that?

It means you get two level 1's, not 1 level 1.

I've just started adopting the religion of my closest neighbor, and spending my faith on great people. Seems to work on the low/middle difficulties alright.
