I remember one episode where Chibiusa basically appeared out of nowhere because Usagi was about to transform and she had to be there too. They did transform separately once, without the stock footage transformation sequence. That was also the only appearance of Pink Heart Attack that season. So maybe some writer didn't get the memo.

More Crystal is on the way. Though when this will air and what exactly are they doing is still unknown. Presumably they'll adapt at least Dream, maybe even Stars as well.
