Does anyone else get douche chills or get creeped out watching ESPN try to cover college recruiting?

I mean I get it. They're trying to capture LeBron James circa 2002-2003, but man...it's just really creepy to see grown men circle around teenagers about their life choices. Plus the kids come across as weird entitled douche bags.
They kids have gotten their dicks sucked since they were sophomores. Entitled douchery is the natural result.

NFL needs to learn from March Madness opening weekend and space those out at like 15 minute intervals. That way you can jump from the end of one game to the next all through the day.
But then Fox and CBS wouldn't be able to do their halftime segments. :v:

I had an article saved from the New York Times, super long about how the Golden State Warriors, after they got bought by hedge fund guys who were super into analytics, that they were unstoppable. It was published on March 30, a couple weeks before the playoffs started, and I just now read it. Obviously it sucks the dick of anything and everything associated with the Warriors, but it finishes by saying how Steph Curry alone wasn't enough to turn around the franchise because look at LeBron, he hasn't even won a title in Cleveland.

This is why sports "journalism" is garbage.

Wha about people who don't have a particular game in mind and just want to catch up with sports in general? That's the appeal of Sportscenter to me.

What's the context for this? Did Garnett just lose a tough game? Does he just always deadpan his smack talk? I was trying to find the humor but it just seemed mean. :(

In case you didn't know, Tony Kornheiser, Gary Williams (the former Maryland basketball coach), Maury Povich (yes THAT ONE), and 2 others bought a neighborhood bar/restaurant in DC a couple months ago.

Kornheiser is going to start doing his podcast from the restaurant on Monday, but notably, he wants to rent the space out to other podcasters. I don't know a single podcast that would want to regularly record in a loving restaurant unless it's from a soundproof room, which they won't have.

Also, Kornheiser's son convinced him to take the mozzarella sticks off the menu, which at a bar is incredibly dumb and especially pisses me off since it's my favorite bar food along with nachos and wings. Every Yelp review since they took over has been negative about the changes, and they all mention the mozzarella stick issue.

Also LOL that he plugs trivia night on Mondays but didn't plug going there to watch the draft tonight.
