if you have a smoke unit alive in that situation (Morlock, Jaguar?), it is better to just sacrifice it and chain shoot the fireteam - if they dodge, you can turn it into FTF with pistol shots, then you can try and do spec fire roulette with Intruder

The ones in the separate box are way older and are all special weapons profiles - Control Device, Hacker, Spitfire and Multi Sniper Rifle. It is somewhat unusual, because the new Moderators for Bakunin were released not far from the new starter and Yu Jing got new Zhanshi SWC box, despite having zero use for them. The new resculpts of the Celestial Guard SWC box have been announced to come out this year.
