Does anyone have an awesome 300 or 400 pt Tohaa list? If I can't get more focused on Tohaa, I am probably going to end up buying into USAriadna. (poor impulse control in this thread) It is all Angel Giraldez' fault. I just want to paint those toy soldiers!

I bought the USAriadna box, a 112, an Engineer with Control Box, and Traktor Muls. Tomorrow, I am playing a 200pt game of Tohaa against Pano. I am looking forward to learning more of the rules!

I tried a 16 model Tohaa list with four triads, and a total of eight specialists. I couldn't do poo poo to the Aguila Guard on the other side of the table. That fucker rolled three ARO crits in five shots. It was ridiculous. Then, I got him Targeted, and I was like "That dudes gonna die! ... Oh. WTF. Guided Heavy Rocket Launchers don't do AP+EXP. Guess I lose..." Five rockets did zero damage. I have no idea how Tohaa is supposed to deal with that. I did bring the character with the K1 rifle but she got shot by one of those crits. Edit: if we hadn't run out of time, I probably would have taken the lead on points in the third turn. It seems like E/M grenades are pretty important. Kotail, the super-jump holoprojector guys get them, even in a FO layout. Flipswitch, I have noticed Sakiels and Clipsos can carry Nullifiers. Would those shut down your ridiculous Umbra Legates shenanigans?

Vvvvvvvv: MSV3 ignores camo modifiers, ODD, low visibility zones, smoke, ignores surprise shot/attack penalties, and automatically passes all WIP rolls to discover camo'ed models. I am a sucker for theme forces, so of course i love USAriadna, NTCA, and Military Orders. I never really even tried to make non-sectorial armies, but after reading the previous post about Ariadna I looked across the whole list. Wow! I had never even thought of having access to all those Warbands. I will be sticking with USAriadna, but wishing I had more of those Dogwarriors and Antipodes.

Having veteran players around keeps this poo poo to a minimum. Also, if it sounds fishy don't be afraid to say, "i have never heard the role explained that way. Could you please find it in the rulebook, and explain it to me?" At a tournament if you get that feeling, dont be afraid to shout for a judge. Little rules calls can be cleared up quickly and educate everyone within earshot. I think it is more of a symptom of new players or people who read what they wanted to see, as opposed to assholes. Assholes get drummed out over time through peer pressure/never getting games.

Anyone have a strong lists for Corregidor or Tohaa? I am working on assembling some of the many Infinity miniatures I have. I have PanO, Tohaa, Corregidor, and USAriadna. My PanO and Tohaa are mostly assembled, but I am hoping seeing some lists will kindle my inspiration. ... and who doesnt love making lists!? It is easy to work on USAriadna, because of the limited releases available.

Are the USAriadna Devil Dogs teams actually good at CC? They don't have a big list of skills like ninjas do. The dog does have sensor though, which is kind of neat for fighting ninjas.
