Better to end with a bang then to become Dexter.

Also that episode was hilarious, the whole Goofy Andy meets a goofy person thing just works perfectly every time.

Party Down was a really good show, it didn't last long but it didn't get bad yet either so that's something. :unsmith:

As a European fan of this show, I am literally disappointed in the American television watching crowd.

Wasn't it so that she cut back on her hours in a major way during her campaign+council position and she wouldn't have a fulltime job left at P&R?

Ironically the best point for most shows to to end is when people still want more of it, not past that point.

Nice to see him having a successful career beyond the show. He deserves it
The only thing I can think when I see him posing like that is...

Bert Macklin, FBI :c00l:

To me it looked like she was deliberately doing a bad job so Tom's proposal would succeed. She even was smiling when Tom gave his prez.
Going behind Tom's back and getting the retired guy to keep going was her initial plan, after she had the talk with Ron she realized Tom deserved a chance so she self-sabotaged the meeting so Tom could do his thing.

I still love this show but I do agree it would be best if they knew the next season was the end and went out with a bang.

Yeah, they really need to tell the writers if this will be the last season or not; that way they can adjust their current plans to make the actual arcs longer or some other kind of adjustment leading to a good warp-up.

The "Andy at a kid's party" story also kinda reminded me of another show - Happy Endings - but I still enjoyed it. Burt Macklin investigating stinky feet for the FBI was pretty funny.

I think at this point we shouldn't call this format mockumentary any more unless they specifically acknowledge the fact that it is.
Just see it as a comedy show with talking heads.

That was a great closer and a nice setup for a new season.
This season was weaker than the rest, but I still enjoy this show a ton.

I think Andy still works because Chriss Pratt is amazingly charming and likeable in how he portrays him. Any less fitting or charismatic actor would make his descent into unintelligence more grating and annoying.

Yup, they are really burning through those episodes.
I wonder what amazing performing show they are going to put in it's slow when its over.

Still, Looking forward to it. Knowing it is the last season should allow them one hell of a final 13.
