Is this intended behavior? It's not necessarily the top of the page; if you came into the thread through a "last read" link, it resets the view to the post you linked in on. Also agreeing that it's probably not intended.

I've found that if the last page I had loaded in the app was the bookmarks page, the next time I open it, pull-to-refresh won't work until I manually refresh the page from the menu. Other than that, the app is awesome. I'm on a Kindle Fire HD, rooted, with the Kindle version of ICS.
