This is basically a video podcast featuring the standard podcasting comedians; why wouldn't it be great?

Exactly, and like the better of those podcasts it has a structure for them to riff off of.

Regarding Hardwick hate, his on air persona is obnoxious. He's like a bad radio morning DJ. Hardwick is someone who I want to avoid because he's so annoying in voice, mannerism, behavior, laughter, and jokes.

I noticed they were ignoring the buzzers this time which made for a better show. Maybe that's a temporary thing while they fix them properly.

I will be using "This is what AIDS would look like" many times in the future.

I don't really use Twitter so I have no dog in the race, but that is a loving awful design. The central focus should be the current tweet from the person you're reading and that's bushed down below the absurdly large header graphic to be barely visible. Getting the conversation off the page also makes it harder to follow. Recommendations for other twitter accounts shouldn't have a focus point; they're a secondary feature.

Don't get me wrong, Twitter had a really bad interface before (try to follow a conversation on it when someone gives you a link to a discussion). That thing just leaves all the old problems and creates a bunch of new ones.
