This show is surprisingly great so far. Agreed that the show is really well set up to actually allow the comedians on to actually be funny. Also love that it's the first tv show to really take advantage of how many great comedians have come up/come to prominence in the last few years based on the huge boom of interest in podcasts and 'alt'-comedy (gross term, but still applies). Just having Scott Aukerman, James Adomian, Andy Daly and Doug Benson on in the first few weeks is pretty huge.

So excited for Paul F. Tompkins' appearance on this (and if you aren't, you obviously don't listen to enough podcasts). Good one last night, pumped for Besser and Stop Clockerman tonight (right after The Chris Gethard Show too).

Nice to see that this show is getting some pretty drat good ratings by the way, so expect it to last a little while

That's interesting that they record Thursday's episode Wednesday, I guess they can be expected to be very marginally less topical? It does kind of makes sense though, Hardwick is a pretty goddamn busy guy/workaholic.

Great return week for the show. Love how unseriously it takes itself - e.g. leaving the Pete Holmes Show reference in. And not in a super-ironic way but more of a 'this is all pretty silly, let's have fun' sort of way. Speaking of, some of you guys definitely take the points and such way too seriously.

You make an excellent point, fellow sane podcast fan. You did just make me consider how great/terrible a Holmes/Garlin/Miller/Kreischer episode of this show could be though. Samm Levine would actually be a decent guest.

Yeah, he has. Having him and Jen Kirkman on together is brilliant. As was having Kurt and Kristen on together this week actually. Well done, @midnight bookers.

Controversial opinion: that episode was very good, everyone on it was very funny. Oh, and Broad City is a great show, episode 3 is the funniest thing I've seen in a while.
