Also in the first movie, the informant character Dr. Hurtzweil tells Mulder in an alley way about the govt take over plan begins on X day (national holiday in movie, Friday in Sunday's episode) and FEMA takes over and everything goes to poo poo. Both speeches were very similar.

Also the Sister in the hospital has been in several previous episodes, playing an FBI therapist in some. Shallow talent pool in Vancouver.
