App gap has been filled, BB10.3 blows the competition out the water in terms of productivity, communication tools and security, and the Blackberry Passport is a very unique device with innovative technology that will appeal to many who are fed up with the same iOS or Android devices like me. And remember, Blackberry is no longer a handset only company. With JC at the helm this company now has a very bright future ahead!

I think so. There's some weird licensing poo poo between the two, like PD can't use the Porsche emblem on their stuff

yeah Porsche has to keep their emblem on actually good products

o wait, panamera and cayenne. okay then, I see no reason for them not to go ahead and slap the shield on a blackberry.

fishmech is right

as far as big cities go nyc is kinda hilly; but it ain't flat.

chicago is flat. the entire state is flat. our highest point is some parking lot owned by some dude in the northeastern part of the state that charges admission for people to visit it once a year

so no, os x is pretty much nowhere, since apple is a failure at computers and os x is so bad that tons of macs end up running windows exclusively

I know we're all being fishmech'd (about Macs in the blackberry thread of all places) but really where are these mythical macs running windows

like, I've probably seen hundreds if not thousands of macs on people's desks in the past few years. a very small percentage have Linux installed. I don't think I've seen one that boots windows by preference period

I guess my sample size is skewed as they're almost exclusively being used by engineers; but my current place is a ~200 head count, the majority in non-tech operations/sales, mac-only shop. part of employee orientation is a mac 101 class (here's how you print, here's how you use Preview.app to sign docs, isn't that neat).

hell when i was given a resignation letter to sign at 25 years old at a $30k/yr job I still had the foresight to have an attorney review it first
