Looks like Cryptic bumped the player credit cap to 2 billion and the exchange cap to 1.5 million. This won't really help inflation any in the long term and casual folks still can't buy poo poo, but at least for the next five or six months you'll actually be able to buy promo ships off the exchange again and people will be able to undercut them to vaguely reasonable levels. A shame it's a problem that can only be solved long term by doubling or tripling the drop rates for box ships so there's much more supply to go around, but it's not like Cryptic gives a flying gently caress.

I kinda want one. It's a pretty decentish generic escort with some useful bridge gimmicks and one of the presently small handful of heavy weapons. The problem is it's worth like maybe 400 million tops, not the 1.5+ billion it was going for on the trading channel. Relatedly... how are the currently available heavy weapons, anyway? I've been sliding back towards space poverty and sheer unrelenting apathy towards this lovely game, so I haven't really bothered to grab any of the boats that have one. But the generic dil store lightning gun thing seems surprisingly flashy for the crappy default weapon.

Oh hello there, I never even really looked at that rep yet. Good thing I've been raising it anyway with the free marks from the mirror event.
