I have a few website where I earn money from affiliate sales (mainly Amazon). I'm currently in school but I'm afraid that I might get a job in a state that Amazon has canceled their affiliate program. I thought I might start an LLC in another state so I don't have to risk losing my affiliate income. I'm not sure how to go about this and what kind of things I need to look out for. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge in this area?

The Secretary of State (or local equivalent) website of the state you want will probably have all the forms and fees online for you to complete, pay and file.
