Given who that particular woman was, it's not really a point in their favor. I think, in the end, Palin proved to be more of a liability than an asset for McCain. And I might be wrong, but before the election, didn't he have a reputation as a straight-shootin' maverick? On paper he was a pretty good Republican candidate.

The videos are still there, I think (click on the little magnifying glass). They've just made the site interface a lot more annoying to use. But, by golly, look at all that clean empty space! Isn't that a lot more important than basic functionality?
