I'm in London, and after a week spent visiting Jordan and Israel next month, I'll have another six days of leave to take before the clock resets in October.

Where would you go?

A week in Jordan and Israel seems really short - why not just stay there a little longer?

I wasn't able to get more than a week off work at that time (there will likely be a shortage of experienced hands to supervise new staff).

I would have taken a full week for Israel alone but practically everyone told me to visit Petra, and the more I researched, the more I realised I would need two full days for Petra, at minimum, and half a day either side for travelling from and to Israel!
It's a tight itinerary but I look forward to having many reasons to return to both countries!
