I am listening to the air conditioner air coming out of the vents in my office because my boss disapproves of me listening to music while at work. :(

That's bullshit, it increases productivity and employee morale. Unless you're on the phone a lot your boss is a dick

I am on the phone a lot, but nowhere near as much as the call center people and they can listen to music on their headphones. That is one thing I liked about my video game job. The pay was bad and the hours were horrible, but at least I could do whatever the gently caress I wanted as long as I got the work done.

Just finished listening to season 4 of East Bound & Down (it was a disappointment... more like East Bound & Let Down_ and now it's an instrumental version of Lovage's Music to Make Love To Your Old Lady By which is great because I can listen to almost all of the good parts of the album without suffering through Mike Patton.

I like Mike Patton so I don't mind the vocals but that's just a really solid album overall

I don't feel strongly about Mike Patton one way or another but I always felt like he was just a bad fit for the album, the lyrics he wrote were weak and there was really nothing to them beyond some basic-level rhymes about sex, no interesting wordplay or rhythms or harmonies or anything, just an elementary rhyme scheme with a flat unchanging cadence.

how did it hold up? i saw shadow a few years ago and he was really good. he played before skrillex at some festival and made him look like an idiot because he was scratching up a storm and doing some live drumming

then skrillex whined about how he was going to stop playing if people didn't stop hitting beach balls around (that were provided by the festival)

I decided to check out what my top 3 most played tracks were on last.fm during oldbyob and they're pretty cool

he was in this sphere and it had visuals projected on it and occasionally it would spin around so you could see him through an opening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPVKBTXOAGU

Off topic but my favorite Danny Trejo thing ever was when some interviewer asked him "What do you do to get in character?" and after staring blankly at them for a few seconds he said "I wake up." Thanks for reminding me of that.

I actually played that exact song last night for a Community Band concert! (that is how I was introduced to the vocal version.) It was an awesome concert in a park next to a lake, and the weather was perfect.
