I think I only have about three anime fans on my forum. I recently had a request for an "entertainment" forum also so that got split off into it's own section taking a few of the GD threads with it after I made it visible.

This would be interesting to see what views people have on that. My members are all over the states and even out of the country so there could be a lot of different views.

I made the mistake of stating my views when posting a different controversial thread so everyone who agreed with me posted and I think anyone who didn't just stayed out of it lol

I think I'll just ask what people think and see what they say on this one.

Well I have gotten a few in there now that are stirring the pot a bit. Not one fight though which is refreshing considering my experience with forums. I created this forum for my friends originally but we are starting to attract others now and it's starting to pick up a bit but I have to just keep adding things. Spent three days making a new layout and didn't get in there to post at all but was happy to see post count was still doing well without me.

We have an entire forum dedicated to random nonsense called "Public Disobedience" and it does really well. I have a thread called "Hop in my clown car" with nothing but weird clown jokes, gifs and memes and people love it. That thread is easy but coming up with thoughful discussions every day is getting harder. Especially when you are spending so much time working on things like layout and code that you have no thought process beyond CSS script. I'm glad the new layout is up finally. I slept all day yesterday after finishing that, it was about time.

Yep, we have an epic boob thread that was started by one of the guys lol

I have a member who is really into that and she requested her own forum to run on it called "Winter Whispers in the Dark" (based on her screen name). She was worried that no one would post there but it seems to be doing well.

Our board is getting larger. I get lots of requests for new things and they are constantly requesting new categories or emoticons or other stuff. Problem with having so many different forum categories and so few posters is that you have to have threads to keep them active.

I have to keep coming up with new threads almost daily for each of the main forum categories: "Public Disobedience" (random foolishness), "General Discussion" and "Games, Quizzes & Surveys" (games forum needs 3-4 new threads daily)

My posters don't add many threads themselves. They even message me to ask if they should post a thread or if I will post it for them.. :/

We have only been up for 3 weeks now so it's still really new but we are having fun. I'm learning how hard it is to be an admin though!

No, those alts were for the other forum that my friends and I came from.... Most of us are banned from there so we made a bunch of alt profiles and we are still going there and trolling...

It has a two week noob restriction for posting so you have to make a profile and wait two weeks before you can post so we made a bunch and are waiting.

That forum doesn't require email verification to make a profile so it is way easy to make a bunch of profiles lol
