i liked the first season of house of cards. i did not like the second season of house of cards. the hacker subplot was loving ridiculous and they've written themselves into a corner because they wanted a showy season finale.

House of Cards ends with his wife organizing his assassination so he can be remembered as a good president rather than having to be impeached in shame when his schemes finally catch up with him.

I very much did not enjoy those shows, therefore it's not crazy to think their love for this show is a sign I should avoid it. I mean at what point do you take the hint & stop subjecting yourself to things you hate just to humor your friends with terrible taste?

If you're impressed by this show then you must be blown away by the intricacies of porno plots and the character relationships built in them. Only porn isn't rapey

I watched the first season and it was OK the first half and then it started getting boring and it kept telling me I should care about her husband but that actor is awful and the Russian ladies accent keeps changing to British and then the blonde ices the interesting character I think I dunno I can't remember other than I won't watch it anymore or anything else on Netflix that they make instead I'll sit here and shoot my own dick off

I don't hate it while I'm watching it but then I don't think about it or even remember it much at all when it is over. I kind of felt the same way about Weeds. It's like bland oatmeal.
