i like how every few months, there's a new rumor of a: 1) super high end windows labtop made by microsoft 2) an ipad pro 3) some sort of mid-range mac that fits in between the mac mini and mac pro, but is a separate computer box 4) a new dual display phone with notifications on the second screen 5) wearables being a thing 6) windows phone being a thing

reminder that at least with canadian bestbuys, they tore apart all of the employee break rooms so they could standardize every single one into the same layout, even though every single building is different. So then you had things like cupboards that could(n') open into a wall, and microwaves above sinks located right in front of a pillar.

i tried out the surfacebook and that hinge is no better than a regular windows laptop hinge, it doesn't hinge out any further and it also doesn't fold flat and the one on display didn't have it fully seated so it was pretty intermittent microsoft.
