Paying bills sucks. Who decided I have to pay for the things I use?
power bills: if you cut into the power conduit before it gets to the meter, you can siphon off free power. assuming you aren't doing a large growup in your garage like my dumbass neighbor did (he was renting a home and then fled to mendocino or something now), they won't really catch you
water is a bit harder but if you're renting an apartment then it's usually included implicitly in rent. if it's a home home, there are prolly ways to reroute or bypass metering but idk
internet bills: hack your neighbors wifi. it might take a couple days, maybe you'll have to sneak into their home when they're gone and plug your laptop up over ethernet to their router and login using admin/password @ 192.168.1.1 (nobody ever changes that poo poo) and look at the wifi pass that way
cell phone bills: don't use one, they're for fags. or switch to t-mobile or whatever that is like $30 a month.

This. I have more freedom and flexibility by renting an apartment than I would were I renting to own a house from a bank for 30 years.
