Unit testing continues, it's just owned by a single pool of developers instead of a siloed off group. The result being that tests are now written by people who understand and develop the code, and changes to cover edge case scenarios are now easier to implement.

I left a company once for a close to 100% raise. The company I was leaving offered a matching salary. If they knew I was worth 2x but were only paying me x and not interested in raising me up, I'll take the new company. Thanks.
