That hair swoop is super good on you Me in January 2009  vs me now (well, last month, but it sorta counts)  Gained 100lbs, quit obsessively straightening my hair, got better taste in necklaces

I've changed up my hair routine in an attempt to make the most of my curly wavy hair. Full Curly Girl method. No shampoo, no silicones, plenty of hair gel... Think the results so far are pretty good?

Woooow yes that looks amazing, that colour really sets off your eyes. You look beautiful. Do you straighten your hair (or brush it straight)? It looks like it's got some curl to it and I bet that would suit you

 It was my grandparents' diamond wedding anniversary. Family parties always bring drama (my uncle stormed out before the starters arrived and my cousin told a whole lot of racist jokes) but there was a magician and my grandparents seemed to have a good time, which was the main thing.

I haven't shampooed my hair since May (Curly Girl method) and it's never been happier. Going without sulfates can feel rough for a week or three but it gets so much better. Would recommend.
