Also have it on a reliable source that the reason Waterhouse had to fly into NY and drive down to DC -- and stay at a Days Inn in loving Lanham -- is that the several people at CONCACAF responsible for that kind of poo poo were all totally unreachable for a couple weeks leading up to the match and by the time anyone got ahold of them there weren't any flights left from Kingston to DC. This is also pretty likely the reason for the flag/anthem fuckup, and some other minor ops poo poo that went down day-of-game. Yay CONCACAF.
