 Half a year ago, the Seattle Seahawks mopped the floor with the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl. Now, August 3rd, the NFL is back (kind of) in a game that you'll watch about as much of after the first quarter. TONIGHT, on NBC, just after watching the now-seriously injured Daniel Bryan make now-Guardian of the Galaxy Batista tap out to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the New York Giants take on the Buffalo Bills at Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Ohio. Like the main event of WrestleMania 30, the end result may seem interesting, but will be rendered moot in about a month. Still, for one night, the stars align and we celebrate because football's back. One thing to note: the PAT will be moved back 13 yards. This will exist only for the Hall of Fame Game and the first two weeks of preseason. Pregame starts on the NFL Network at 6/5c, lasting until NBC takes over at 8/7c. The game streams on your computer, your smartphone, and tablet on NBC Sports Live Extra (carriage varies).
