Realized there's a battery usage by app tracking now in iOS8. Now I never have to wonder what's killing my phone.  Settings > General > Usage > Battery Usage Also, it was Facebook... Time to change some permissions...

Just remember that Verizon, according to their Terms of Service, have the right to cancel orders that were the result of mispricing or bad coupons. Even if you were charged, they will just refund it and they owe you nothing.

Is there a decent way to sync music that is sitting on my NAS (running FreeNAS) to my phone? I keep reading that if I use iTunes with a network share, I run the risk of losing stuff. Edit: Through library corruption that is.

Thinking of skipping AppleCare+ this go around after 2 generations of iPhones with no real problems outside of stuff that was found during the first year of ownership. Does anyone know if iPhones purchased with a Mastercard with extended warranty works with device payment plan phones (in my case, Verizon's, because of their really good trade in deal)?

Been waiting the past couple of weeks for some cases I ordered to show up but as it turns out they're being shipped through the Royal Mail and I'm in the US. Got a little fed up on waiting (and already dinging the back of my phone) and FCKGW hipped me to Amazon's Slim Case that is pretty much a bootleg of the Apple leather case. I got it today and it... feels pretty good? The side buttons are tough as hell to press in now but otherwise seems to be pretty solid.

First half of my shift at work done and also confirming no drops, no change in my habits. 10.1 seems to have done the trick.
