I got an exhaust fan for my shower room to blow out moist air. it has a setting for how moist the air needs to be for it to start. on one end it has one big drop graphic, on the other end two smaller drops. it also has an ir sensor so it always runs when it detects movement so you can't tune it by feel.

the motion lights in front of my house have a setting for how dark it has to be before they will turn on when they detect something

the setting is a pot with a half filled circle icon one extreme, and an empty circle icon the other
