I saw something new on the shelf in my local liquor store and gave it a shot. I think this is my new favorite <$30 liquor: All the organic marketing aside, it's a really good drink. It doesn't have the sweetness I'd expect from a liquor that sells itself as the original birch/root beer, and it has a surprisingly complex flavor. It has all the flavors of a good birch beer concentrated down into a drat good drink. So that's what I had tonight, anyone else try something new?
