If anything, he's more likely to get nerfed so that the Holy Mantle isn't as good on him. How about "if The Lost gets hit, but the hit is negated by some form of damage reduction like Holy Mantle or Infamy, he gets the paralysis effect"?

According to someone who sounded like they knew what they were talking about, the "halo of flies" being capped in this context are the pink enemy flies that form circles.
