I played a ton of Sven co-op back in the day but in retrospect almost every map relied on bullet sponge hit scan enemies and lacked cover so a lot of games devolved into running into the meat grinder over and over with infinite respawns.

I thought Synergy and Obsidian Conflict were basically sven coop for HL2. OC had a map called Harvest where it's pretty much co-op farmville and you farm fruits and make smoothies to sell them, it's great.
