It describes the GOP perfectly that they were fine with the massive public backlash to Trump's comments but it's only when the sugar daddies start whining that they decide to try to nip it in the bud. Knowing Trump, though, he will continue to double down causing more drama and increasing his recognition as a candidate going into the debates.
