1. if you are just above the poverty line, you are forced to pay for healthcare even if you cant actually afford it 2. if you are above the poverty line, you are forced to pay for really bad private insurance which will still force you into bankruptcy if anything serious happens to you 3. capitalism is a system for the very rich and without a national health insurance program we are living in the dumbest possible world

Is the ACA the reason we see all these weird "health insurance" companies where you only pay like a dollar a month for "coverage"? If that helped you get the ACA off your back I can see why those would be a thing now.

After being forced to buy healthcare, I had to pay $350.00 for a simple physical so I could attend job certification training. I needed a new job to keep myself from going bankrupt under the crushing weight of my monthly healthcare bills. It's alright though, I no longer have a death wish. That is to say that I no longer actively yearn for the sweet release of my own death.
