Also in Service Dog Chat, Guide Dogs (in the UK at least) basically have Work Mode and Dog Mode, and when they're not on the job they just go back to being doofy dogs. But Harness On = Work Time.

I always feel oddly sorry for these robots when they get shoved like that. Always impresses me how they keep going though. And they even run now.

Does anyone want a Peregrine nest cam? Three eggs this week, so it'll be a while before babies I think, but these two are pretty cute on their own. Bird expert reckons there'll be a fourth some time later this week.

The biggest change, however, was the influx of tiny kittens! They have all sorts;

Piling kittens

Climbing kittens

Kittens that haven't figured out that food goes in the mouth, not on the face

And even a 3-week-old stray that came in with her mom

This shelter is just full of lovely cats.

Aww, never saw a Pygmy Hippo properly swimming before. There's a couple at a zoo I like to visit once a year or so and they just walk about on the bottom of the pool. :3:

This is her favorite spot. I sleep on that side and she refused to move last night so I said gently caress it and nudged her over. She curled up next to me and stayed that way all night and moved only to boop my nose when I turned over to make sure I wasn't leaving.

She was very quiet yesterday and is now getting mouthy when she feels like I haven't been looking at her enough, which is about every 30 seconds.

I love torties. :3:

Never had one but I just love the colouring and how grumpy they look.
