I now need a microwave that my boyfriend won't bitch about.

900-1200 watts, +30 seconds button, "intuitive power controls." Ideally around $100.

Anyone have any advice on an iced tea maker? I like iced tea, am lazy, and have disposable income.
A large electric kettle + tea bags + pitcher + fridge

x 2 if you want to never run out

I do this a lot in the summer and I assure you I am the laziest cook you will meet

Can anyone recommend a universal remote? TV is a Sony Bravia if that matters. I plan to hook it up to an old thinkpad for a home media system at some point.

Re: universal remotes, if you don't want a LCD screen or the ability to control every electronic device in your home I'd suggest a Harmony 350.
I don't think I could get up to 8 devices unless I wanted to remote in my toaster for some reason. So yeah, this will do
