however, I’d ultimately recommend a headlamp instead so you can use your hands. For that, I’d recommend the Nitecore NU25 headlamp; rechargeable via usb, good runtime, multiple brightness levels, red light for maintaining night vision, and really light but still durable. I use one for backpacking and keep another in my car in case I have a blowout at night.

For a headlamp, I have a set of Love Beams, which are USB rechargeable and have a color selection mode, but have a real killer feature of dimming when you raise your head to talk to someone so they don't get blinded.

Yah, get a Brother laser with the least amount of features you need. I have a wireless one that'll automatically print from my phone, which is cool.

That's good for just the babe, but all my friends have been getting these Neso Shades. They're spandex and fold down pretty small because the counterweights are just bags you fill with sand when you get there.

I am looking for a replacement for my Jabra 75 headset for work calls. It has one specific feature I really like, which is that flipping up the microphone automatically mutes it. I like having that physical indicator so I don't have to worry about accidentally unmuting. Are there other brands with the same function? Is there a headphone thread somewhere I should be checking?

IYG should get you there: https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3563521

Are there any off-brand SodaStreams? I've been drinking a lot of carbonated water lately and figured I'd start doing it cheaper, but I don't want to support that company.

If you already have a Sodastream (or just get a used one for pennies), you can get a SodaMod and get the bottles refilled at scuba shops for very cheap.

Blenders are super common on CL and Marketplace because people either upgrade, move in with someone who already has one, don’t want to move it cross country, or never use it. Definitely second hand deals to be had.

I got the frontgate ones and they're great but overpriced

Definitely look for used ones near you too. People get rid of single-use kitchen appliances all the time for nothing (especially if they're moving).

That's a good point, and mine does have a pre-amp according to the literature, although I originally didn't think it did because it was so quiet :v:

They're talking specifically about a phono preamp, which applies the RIAA equalization curve, which any turntable that outputs only 3.5mm and bluetooth would have.

Buy a used Sodastream and a mod: https://www.sodamod.com that lets you refill your tanks at gas places for 1/4 the price and without supporting the company.

Spigen is the best for screen protectors. They come with a plastic bracket that aligns everything perfectly.

I'm looking for a very small, possibly the smallest possible, MP3 player that can use a Micro SD card.

I've got a project in mind and I'm not sure I can pull it off at all, but if I can, it needs a very small MP3 player.

I'm giving my girlfriend an old, original 80's style "walkman" (not Sony, so technically just a portable cassette player) for her birthday because she loves the aesthetics of 80's/early 09's electronics She has some tapes, but I want to make it easier for her to take a lot of music on the go. I looked for an "MP3 plater in cassette adapter" format, thinking SURELY there were several out there for people to put in older cars, but...not so much. Only found one made years ago, so out of stock everywhere.

Edit: V V V Yeah, I assumed I'd be able to find something there, but so far, nada. V V V

Pricey, but there's this: https://paulthings.com/products/mixxtape-bundle-1

What would be a good replacement for this ancient bulb that has been around for what feels like decades

Any particularly ideal brand or specific type for indoor spotlights like this? there's four of them in the kitchen, two of them dimmable and two of them not, so replacements for them all rather than just the one would probably be in order since they're probably not very energy efficient compared to new bulbs. Probably want LED replacements, yeah?

You should replace them with LED floods, basically all of them are dimmable at this point. If you're tired of looking at can holes in your ceiling, you can pull them out and replace them with flat or recessed LED discs like this too.

Gas station boner pills often just contain viagra but it's a roulette wheel of how much. There's a ton of sites that will prescribe boner pills with a ten minute telehealth screening or you could buy them OTC in Mexico.

I'm remodeling a small room for the first time, like ever. Since it's small, I want the few things I can fit in there be nice - it's going to be like an office / movie / game room. I'm looking for a really nice loveseat, probably 6-7 feet. Is there a store or brand anyone could recommend with high quality or high comfort options? I'm thinking fabric, not leather. Possibly with an ottoman. I wouldn't say money is an object in general - I'm open to spending more on something great; but like, probably, idk, $3000 would be on the very high end of what I'd consider buying without some really compelling reason.
