I got a window unit to supplement for around $200 and it's a champ. Does better than the whole house unit, really. 35 year old AC? God drat just spend the dosh to get a new one. The efficiency on those things are amazing these days and will pay for itself pretty quickly compared that old one

I haven’t noticed much of a temperature change. I sleep hot anyway so a sheet and the one leg out seems to do me just fine on my old IKEA latex mattress.

Loofa recommendation a bit late but an actual sea sponge is great. All natural and has a nice coarse texture to help scrub your skin. Feels good.
