Finally getting around to playing 4 after putting it down a few years ago when my old ps3 died. Akiyama is just as cool as I remembered. I am happy we are finally getting new Yakuza games in the west.

I'm mad because it could have been fine, if they just didn't loving tack on the guns. or gave it non sensical aiming controls. yeah i wanna aim my gun with the left stick..this is good...

3 is good but bad to start with because it has a real slow burn start. Start with either 2 or 4. There are also recurring characters and they do develop over the course of the series so playing the games in order is probably best.

Load screens every 5 steps, no voice acting and a poo poo load of pointless text, mini games like pick a toy out of a crane, and worst of all, the most uninteresting and boring protagonists and story ever. This series is a stinker and needs to be given a wide berth
