i heartily recommend ibm tools such as rational application developer for websphere. you can spend all day just looking at your screen because it shat itself again for no reason and you are just waitng for it to un-poo poo itself. this never happens of course but you can wait anyway, everyone understands your pain. then you can spend the next three days rebuilding your environment. ibm tools are the perfect thing for enterprise
