I think a huge part of NC's original appeal was that he was talking about stuff that there weren't already a ton of opinions out there about it. He was the first to talk about a lot of things he reviewed at the beginning so he was kinda fresh. But a lot of his recent stuff is stuff that he can't bring any new insight to. So he's pushing really hard to be funny and it's not working.
