ive recently bought around 1 kg of pig meat, but i notice that the "best before date" is overdue by two days. as of the moment the meat is perfectly fine, but im going on a trip tomorrow which will last until sunday night and i am worried that it will def go bad by then should i just cook it all and bring for the trip (knowing very well that cold pig is not that good) or just hope it lasts untill i get back i dont have a freezer |

first of all, who doesn't have a freezer. I get bitched at for not having a microwave but at least I can freeze foods for later safe consumption secondly, why are you impulsively purchasing the unclean flesh of swine right before a vacation when you KNOW you don't have a freezer
