Jindal's is still my favorite today, as someone who lives with 2 major volcanoes to my north and south. I'd say you can include Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming too, due to Yellowstone. Maybe not as strongly, but it's probably enough to get a fair number of people rolling their eyes.
