Justice Alito did mouth "you're wrong" or something to that effect when Obama called out SCOTUS on Citizens United, but it wasn't mic'd.

Nah, the Joe Wilson outburst was during a September speech Obama was giving to Congress while trying to sell them on healthcare reform. Wilson thought that Obama was lying when he said PPACA wouldn't cover illegal immigrants.
