There are times you can drive a car down Bourbon street like early in the morning when they remove police barricades, like some times.

Oh and at the end of Mardi Gras, once a year they clean Bourbon street and clean it out and thats the "end " of Mardi Gras.

He went down there to stop that sort of lawlessness, hence why no cars park on Bourbon Street :clint:
