The poor girl was emaciated, infested with parasites, but still a sweetheart  We took her to the vet and found out she had Heartworm, Lyme disease, and Ehrlichia. She must not have gotten the memo and has been an energetic 2 year old pup ever since. As of today she's 100% healthy.  She also has an incurable case of resting puppy face  and even puts up with the holidays  When you pick up a dog from the side of the highway and nurse them back to health, they thank you every day for the rest of their lives.
