Panic grips the Under City as every day new vidsense are uploaded, each more violent and merciless than the last. Even with the bodies clogging the resyc facilities, T the Man of Ice and his waste ghoul-partner Munch's investigation falters when not a single one of the incidents in the vidsense is reported. In the end it turns out to all be a big misunderstanding and a Minor Peacewarden was simply toungeing the wrong info-gram at the end of its shift and sending its badge-cam footage to Cit-Net instead of Blue-Net.
